Spite of the watcher issue

I just completed spire of the watcher dungeon solo but didn’t get the triumph? It took me hours to do. Is there something I did wrong? Can bungie or anyone help me out?

You cant use a checkpoint The triumph has strict requirements: one single run, from fresh to end, without error coding, checkpointing, or black screen->respawn
