The deluxe version of the evil concubine phantom is not distributed

I bought the deluxe version of the Phantom of Evil Concubine in November and entered the game without the content of the deluxe version. I thought those things were pre-order rewards, so I bought silver coins, dungeon keys and season tickets myself. Then my friend told me that these are the deluxe version of the content, and I didn't need to buy extra Now I want to ask if this problem can be solved and return the silver coins I bought for dungeon and season tickets

  • Hi there. Players are not compensated for duplicate purchases of season passes / dungeon keys. Please refer to Epic Games' refund policy and contact their support if you have questions. Be aware that if you get a refund or go to your bank and request a chargeback on your purchase, it may result in a negative Silver balance that you will have to repay if you want to purchase anything from Eververse or disable Cross Save.
