More than a Weapon is the seasonal quest line. Every week you need to complete a few steps, typically, do a Heist Battle Ground, talk to the Exo frame, visit the holo projector. Rinse and repeat every week. Look in your quests/missions tab, not your seasonal challenges tab. Typically the first step is open a seraph chest.
