Bungie is issuing these messages to connections from certain countries, bcs of latency issues or some other issues but basically most of SE Asia is getting these messages. I have the same problem and it goes away when connecting with a vpn. If you are connecting from SE Asia set up a Japanese or Korean vpn server, if from some other country choose the servers closest to your location so you don't have latency and speed issues and you should be ok. My connection without a vpn is practically unusable with Destiny servers since a few days ago, every time i connect i get these error messages, and when connecting to a vpn the problems disappear.
