HELP ME!!! i accidentally abandon my QUEST:ASPECT OF INTERFERENCE andthen i cant acquire the QUEST anymore it says ‘the quest already acquired ’ but the QUEST has no longer in my list

There is a kiosk in the Tower next to the Postmaster, you will find the quest there if it has been abandoned.
