Thank you for summing this up. This is EXACTLY what I am going through. My warlock cannot play any season 19 content with the exception of the Spire Dungeon. The Witch Queen campaign is complete on all characters. All new light missions are complete. I submitted my issue and posted a video of this issue and a summary of what I have been told is that they are aware and to watch the @bungiehelp twitter account. That account has not addressed this issue to date. I have missed out on many pinnacle and powerful pieces of gear. This gets more and more frustrating after every weekly reset.

I hope you don't mind me shouting you out in this post, it's just frustrating that one we were told "do the WQ mission", there was no response after that. Assuming the issue is in fact with the intro WQ mission, here's what I remember: On WQ launch day, I joined the queue to log in. For some reason, I made it in after only a couple minutes of waiting, but I was not thrown into the WQ intro mission. I was just sent to orbit instead. That could be where this issue began. My friend got in a little while later, so I joined him when he got thrown into the mission automatically. I suppose that could be why the backend shows I didn't complete it. The problem with that though is up until this season, I've never had anything happen to suggest there was an issue, other than for seasons 16-18, I would never get thrown directly into the intro mission on my first login of the season. I would have to launch the mission from the director. All those seasons gave me their respective seasonal quest with no problem until Season 19. I've accepted at this point that I just may not get an actual fix for this. I can only hope that once LF drops and WQ is no longer the active expansion, future seasons won't be reliant on whether or not the intro WQ mission is "completed". If not, and I can't play Season 20 either, I will just have to delete my hunter, which I have had since D1 Beta. In that same note, fair warning to everyone when Lightfall drops: DO NOT JOIN SOMEONE TO COMPLETE THE FIRST MISSION, EVEN IF YOU WERE NOT AUTOMATICALLY THROWN INTO IT ON FIRST LOGIN.

This happened to me as well during witch queen release. I had to join a friend who was loaded in the mission to get access to the initial witch queen quest.

It's hard for me to accept. When you pay for something, you expect it to at least be supported to some extent. There has been no update stating that they are working on it and that is what really bugs me. For this reason alone, I will not pre-order Lightfall and depending on how this goes, it will determine whether I stick with Destiny or not.
