API and the DMV

Bungie needs to step up in their UX design. (Please don't hire Hulu UX/UI designers) Relying on third party apps or apps in general feels like trying to do a simple task at the DMV. Example: Walk in the DMV to change your address. You have all your paperwork ready in hand. When you talk to a representative they tell you, that you are missing one seal of approval from an agency that has nothing to do with them. So now you must get to the other agency to find that seal and then go back to the DMV and expect to get your stuff done in a timely matter. Long story short the User Experience needs to change since the arrival of Destiny 2 in 2017. I still don't understand how companies always fail to implement improvements, instead they send all their resources to the cash shop. I shouldn't be dependent of the API working or not for external apps in order to accomplish the bare minimum of a game. That's why I compare it to the government agencies. I should be able to get Fireteams in the tower. I should be able to switch weapons between characters without doing in game gymnastics. I should have a simple search bar in the vault. I should have selectable loadouts in game (The Division has this and many other games with the same/like game core). The funny thing is that never in the history of Destiny I have seen issues regarding accessing EVERVERSE. I have never seen issues with the cash shop UI/UX, heck, you can acces the store through the directory instead of loadouts or the vault. I have never seen Eververse suffering from issues, ever. I understand that Bungie is a corporation and they need money to pay their devs. But if they don't take care of their product, no one has to pay for it. We need priorities to be handled differently if they don't want more dips in the playerbase. We need to go to the DMV and be able to get things done without depending on external agencies.
