PvP is officially on life support.
Lightfall needs to save it, or I can almost guarantee your numbers will just keep dropping. Say whatever you’d like, but PvP is needed to be good just as much as PvE in this game; that’s what makes this game so much different than others. It’s what keeps this game relevant.

3 RepliesHow have you guys still not gotten the "hint" yet? Bungie has abandonend pvp back in 2019. We now have the year 2023. They have given us 1 new promised map per year from now on and have given us 1 universally hated new game mode. After almost 4 years of nothing but them removing 11 maps from the game. Who witnesses all that and gets the idea of actual "ReNeWeD pVp fOcUs" by their behavior in any way shape or form??? They are working on multiple new games. Their pvp devs have been shifted to those other games 4, maybe even 5 years ago. There is no hope for D2 pvp anymore. They don't care. They have zero interest in upkeeping D2 pvp. Stop hoping for them shipping better stuff and just shift your valuable lifetime to other games. I am not telling you what other games that may be cause we all like different things but still, hoping that they will bring us any even mediocre updates for pvp is just purely delusional.

Bungie badly needs to invest in implementing dedicated servers and improving the quality of its gameplay. Too glitchy.

It needs 100% all new maps, not retreads, It needs new modes, new vendors, new cosmetics to chase, new weapons in the loot pool. It needs way too much. and that doesn't address issues with trials, iron banner, lack of solo ques in places, lack of game mode availibility, oh and did i say completely new maps? I think a great deal of players have move on to other fps pvp games.

I think it’ll be fine. PvP has sucked for 3 years now. It’s just a casual mode and will never be anything more than that. Good news is most players are casual so the list will fill up as intended.

14 RepliesPvP been dead for a long time and its the players fault They drove away people by farming stays in QP Casuals and mid tier are tired of PvP and actual good player are gone to play actual PvP games ....all we have left are the kids thinking they are the next shroud because they camp in their spawn ....sadly for them they are the next dsp or wings

28 RepliesOh yeah, thanks to the losers aimbotting. Modded 3rd party devices giving you 100% aimbot and 500% bullet magnetism and let's not forget about walling. It's absolutely ridiculous. Takes about 5 minutes to fix all of it but do they want to do that? Nope.

1 ReplyI'm currently playing on Xbox Series S as I'm waiting for a CPU in the post. Quickplay is worse than it is on PC. It is indeed D2 year 1 lane peeking boredom in clash. Folks seem to have found many new "glitch" spots from which they can fire unhindered whilst only having the tip of their helm peeking ( Oo-err Missus ) This seems to carry on over to Control in QP as even less folks seem to do anything other than lane bait. It's f**king shite!
