Battleye Query Timeout [Error Code Plum]

every few minutes I get a popout from battleye saying "Query Timeout" followed by a kick to the main menu with a error code plum. I've checked my system for anything running that could conflict with battleye but I can't find anything. It seems completely random and not sure how to fix it. Game was working perfect yesterday, didn't change a single thing on my PC since then. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. I posted this already a few days ago but am reposting in a vain attempt to at least know this is acknowledged or that It somehow will be fixed,

  • Starting from the obvious: do you have a third-party AV/firewall? Is BattlEye allowed to run through the firewall? Does your network gear (modem/router) have security features? "Query timeout" usually means that BattlEye has lost or cannot establish connection to its own server...

It's been happening to me nonstop as well. I close all my programs and disable all overlays. I reverified my game files and reinstalled battleeye and it keeps doing it.
