CROSS SAVE WIPED MY PROGRESS
when i tried to enable cross save from my ps4, bungie wiped my characters and progress from both platfroms, how do i fix this ??? PLEASE HELP

Hi there! It appears that when you have set up Cross Save, you selected your Epic Games platform account to be your primary account. When doing this, this placed your PSN account as the inactive account, hiding these characters. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to deactivate Cross Save, wait the 90 day cooldown, then reactivate Cross Save, selecting your PSN account as your primary account.
