Oh My God The Corrupted
This is surely the most wretched experience in Destiny today. WHAT a dreadful strike.
I took a creative writing course which I will now put to work to describe this strike;
The Corrupted suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.

It sucks as a Nightfall, kind of average as a Strike. I only see someone playing it as a strike if someone wants the Pinnacle no matter what or just want to play it for fun instead of farming since rewards don’t increase when you play a longer mission. As a NF, Champs can go away if your teammates nuke the Ogres, giving you Gold which is very annoying.

If you have a good team that is competent enough to know how to take cover with a good DPS load out + survivability, then It’s a cake walk. The hardest room is really in truly the elevator. But if you have a stasis lock, with a bubble titan, and even a tether hunter. You’re able to do that room with ease. I say the light blade would probably be the hardest one now. That and proving grounds if you go in with people who aren’t that experienced with it.

Commonly, most people seem to have issues with the strike due to: - Not being able to complete it. - Not being able to understand the mechanics and wiping at elevator or the boss. - Not having the strategy to complete it with ease. As with all the content on Destiny, if you apply the right strategy it is more than easy enough - even at Grandmaster level. Personally, the strike isn't bad and is easy enough to farm if you work the mechanics properly and use the right loadout.

I have been saying for years now. It is possibly the worst piece of content ever released for destiny. I’ll be getting my one grandmaster clear for my gilded title then not touching it again.
