Chamber of Starlight Lost Sector - No enemies spawning in main room
I am unable to do the normal version of this lost sector to get it marked as explored and unlock legend and master for my hunter and titan. I already have it completed on my warlock and so the banner for legend and master is available for that character. Since I need to complete the lost sector to unlock the higher difficulties the fact that the enemies are not spawning means I cant do this lost sector at all ever on my other characters.

Ok so after 10 minutes of walking in, clearing the first wave of ads, checking the main room, seeing no spawns, walking out, and then repeating there was finally a round where the enemies actually spawned. Idk what kind of internal trigger destiny has to spawn the enemies but wow that is super annoying. I bet you guys not gunna try to touch it since it still kinda technically sorta works. Which, while understandable, is still super annoying.
