You have to own the expansion it came out on which I think is BL (not sure on that). You have to solo the lost sector when helmets are on rotation. Any previous titan helmets you haven't collected will drop before that sometimes. A few tips from someone that had to catchup for about 12 exotics in a 2 week period. - run 5 , if nothing drops do something else or take a break, when you come back they start dropping. - plan ahead for the LS with helmets in rotation that are easier and shorter time to do. - the legend drop rate is around 1 in 5 but sometimes you might do 12 then all sudden they drop in consecutive runs. Just my experience.
