Exotic quest too difficult. FIX THIS ISSUE
if I want to solo the exotic quest I should be able to easliy. Bungie keeps making activities more and more difficult for me to complete. SCALE back the difficultly PLEASE. I do not enjoy playing actives that are so hard to complete. No fun

1 ReplyIt is simple on normal and legendary. I am not a great player and solo is fine, same conditions as WQ legendary campaign. Just tweak your build and load out some and you'll be ok. Check out some guides for recommendations.

2 RepliesIt may have something to do with your Power Level. I went into the normal version solo and did it easily, even nuking the mid-boss in a few seconds using my Chill Clip Fire & Forget. Really the only issue i had was the actual boss encounter, but even then it was more because i was relying on Stasis Shard Overshields for health regen rather than Devour or Restoration.

1 ReplyThe normal version is a cake walk solo, even legendary is just a tad bit more difficult Get up to power level, and you could beat it easily with blue weapons

4 RepliesMy brother in Light, this mission is not difficult at all. Are you trying to solo Legendary? The Normal version is very straightforward and not difficult at all. The only remotely sticky part is the boss room and even that's not so bad. Do you have an actual build? Or are you just running in there haphazardly?

2 RepliesEdited by mxgreg: 12/23/2022 11:41:45 PMUse a roaming super to deal with if the reds get to be too much. osteo striga is good for this mission. Use seasonal class mods solo operative + weakend clear (with a heavy GL) only use one energy diffusion chest mod (there's a bug)

3 RepliesThere is a new Mod in the artifact that gives you a 15 procent dammage increase as a solo player, that could help you out. The downside is that its in the last row, so you have to level to be able to use it.

Died a few times here and there due to careless mistakes, but i wasn't going for flawless, just playing for the pinnacle and it was in the middle of the night, so no clan mates to join. It's really not much harder than the normal version, which isn't hard at all. The only issue is your skill. It's laughably easy.

I've only run the legend version and that's not too difficult to solo so I assume the normal version is like a walk in the park. I'll just assume you're being sarcastic

1 ReplyIt's absolutely uncalled for that they tied seasonal weekly progress to an exotic quest. Some of us do not have the skill set or the time (or interest in another hokie pulse rifle) to complete the quest. The weekly progress rewards shouldn't be tied to high level activity. The game has is becoming less and less about about casual players.
