Aspect of Interference quest is bugged for me
I had Aspect of Interference quest in Europa and I was advancing it by destroying crystals. After I destroyed a few crystals I couldn't find the other ones and decided to take a break. Afterwards, I read that the quest can be sometimes bugged with the crystal spawns. Thinking that it was taking me too long because it didn't spawn, I followed the guide where it mentioned that resetting quest solved the issue.
I discarded the Aspect of Interference quest and now I cannot get it again because it says I already have it- but I don't. If I try to go to the same quest spot: After the 'elevator' and the teleporter that takes you to a room, in the back of the room where I entered before is blocked by a blue barrier.
Need help please.

After getting the quest back from the Quest Archive I'm still experiencing difficulty advancing the quest. Current state is that I have the Aspect of Interference quest step 1 of 3 in my Quest log, and it is tracked. I do not see where to go in Destinations or in Europa Map (on the top of the map I believe there used to be a marker around Kell's Rising - which is gone now). When I go to the Exo Stranger now I can see the previously unavailable Aspect of Interference quest is now available for me to pick up but when I click it doesn't do anything (This was always so when I had the quest in the first place- it puzzled me that when I needed to obtain it it was unavailable but that's ok). Is there anything I can do inside the game to fix this? Or is it broken now?
