Now that the old planetary currencies have been sunset, I would appreciate being able to mass delete them. I turned most over to the community event for the Eliksni quarters but saved hundreds in case they could be redeemed for glimmer. Looks like they cannot. So now to clear them out, I have to delete one at a time. The same for enhancement cores. Having played since day, I have a ridiculous amount.
Thank you!

And can we have a multi selection for dismantling at the postmaster
-
yes we should be able to delete full stacks👍 and not just one at a time
-
We should also have a way to favourite or filter shaders but I guess both my request and yours is classed as "Over delivering"
-
Back when you had to collect 100 synthcord one at a time before turning them in to the Loom, I had 98 for my Hunter, then they changed it to the 100-count bounties. I have 93 left because they can only delete one by one; occasionally, I’ll delete one if I’m in my inventory for a consumable. I’ll eventually clear them out that way.

1 ReplyRahool has a second page for redeeming materials. It’s 20 for 5,000 glimmer.
nibbles crayon
-
Enhancement cores still can be traded for upgrade modules, and to upgrade your gear. Planetary mats can be traded for glimmer.
-
Yes they can. It’s on the second or third page of Rahool. I just turned in some yesterday or the day before.
-
You can definitely turn in those planet mats for glimmer, unless you're holding onto sunset mats (from Titan, for example) I believe the mats you can sell rotate daily.
-
i kept my planetary currencies so that i would trade them for glimmer instead trading in my legendary shards or other valuable currency still remaining in the game.
-
Rahool just had a page to the right where I sold everything for glimmer. It might have been a daily or weekly thing though I’m not sure.
-
Uhhh turn them in for glimmer lol
-
1 ReplyI’ve been redeeming all my old planetary material for glimmer at Rahool…
-
The planetary mats are essentially infinite glimmer going forward if you have a lot of them. Especially useful for repeatable bounty farming if you're looking for quick artifact levels like Eva cookie bounties. I'm not against mass delete option, just saying they do have value.

Edited by Spicy Water: 12/20/2022 6:32:14 PMThey can be sold for glimmer. I have almost 3.5 million glimmer saved in just 3 inventory slots right now

1 ReplyUnfortunately, we have been asking for these and other sorts of QOL fixes since D1. There is no reason a single programmer could not solve these in an hour (I've been doing software - hardware development for 30+ years - it's a very basic feature). There are 2 reasons why Bungle won't fix it. Like others said, Bungle is lazy and they might have to get someone transferred from their other projects to do it, as pretty well no one is working on Destiny. The other reason is because it wastes our time doing this item by item, which artificially inflates the hours played numbers. You and everyone else spending hundreds of seconds doing a repetitious task adds up and they can show their new Bosses (Sony) how many hours people are playing.

everything should have a sperate delete all and delete one button. The dev's should be very embarrassed by this missing basic feature of UI interaction, but then again its destiny and missing basic features is just normal here.

I think a QOL addition would be more vault space,it's getting hard to manage with 3 characters,4 elements and limited craftable weapons and perks for the ones available and 600 spaces.

6 RepliesNo! I’m holding my fizzled iron banner tokens for nostalgic reminders of how the game used to be.

6 RepliesIt is crazy how many currencies there are in this game

1 ReplyEdited by TheShadow: 12/20/2022 1:40:49 PM
So now to clear them out, I have to delete one at a time
6 years later and they are still doing this? 😂 If I remember correctly, the original Bungie fixed this in year 1 of D1. It's like how this business uses the postmaster as storage using this cheap move so players will lose loot. Then you have the Bungie fans saying "stop using it as storage" all the while ignoring cheap moves like this knowing players should be playing the game, not spending their time running back and forth to the tower that is completely useless in this game, especially 6 years later and this business doesn't even know how to use the vendors in this game as their intended purpose😂🤦♂️

Will never happen. Bungie is lazy

3 RepliesActually disappointed that they discontinued the planetary currency resources. Imo they could’ve add those currencies to weapons crafting. Making them more practical. Even certain perks could be found on weapons that drop from those locations. Dismantle the weapons to unlock the availability of those weapon perks. Then when you install a perk on to a crafted weapon (for example Dragonfly). You’d have to use 15 of whatever planetary resource that perk drops from… Instead we’re getting a pretty generic dumbed down looter shooter. Like Warframe is crazy more complicated than Destiny and far less powerful of a game. And crafting is a pretty big deal there.

6 stacks of enhancement core. just remove finest matterweave from the game also maybe the option to turn in like a 100 enhancement core for 1 weapon level?
-
Imagine if they had one of those crazy sliders they came up with like 30 years ago, man that would be crazy.

I just wish there was a "mass delete" in general. Press "button" to delete 1 Hold "button" to delete all
