Unable to upgrade weapon power directly from vault
I am unable to upgrade weapons to a higher power level directly from the vault. Instead you have to move both weapons to your character and upgrade there. Considerable waste of time. This exact issue occurred last year and wasn't fixed until the new year. Let's not repeat this year.
