Cannot deliver gift to the Spider (Eliksni quarter unavailable)
The Eliksni Quarter which he resides, isnt available on my map and i cant finish the Dawning quest because of it. Some advice or at least an answer thats not "Donate coins last season to get it" would be appreciated because im not a time traveler.
