Since the December 1st update and the following release of Season 19, myself (and other players) have been plagued by "Connecting to Destiny 2 Servers" status pop-up, and the inevitable boot back to Orbit (and at times title page/character selection).
"Connecting to Destiny 2 Servers" message pops up nearly as soon as I select my character or get to the Tower. "WEASEL" happens nearly moments after a long enough delay.
Unable to interact with vendors or complete challenges. Cannot turn in bounties or quests
I have followed all troubleshooting protocol including restarting internet connection, disconnecting and reconnecting console (XBox) from internet, resetting console and clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling D2, signing out and then back in. Nothing has helped.
Week 2 into Season 19 and I haven't been able to play for more than 30 minutes in one sitting without being booted more times than I can count.

i have similar issues with the game. i play comp and trials all the time. I have even been temp banned from comp activities. whne its not my connection its d2 crappy servers. the need to make a connection based experiance which makes the game or games more stable. i get messages sent in game from bungie every once in awhile and they dissapear just as fast as they pop up i dont know whats up but the game needs to change back to the way it was before catering to all the constant complaints from casual player base. thats why it is the way it is now!!!!!
