Unstoppable hand Cannon takes to long to proc

1 ReplyYeah...and sometimes when you fire youll hear the stun sound but the champion keeps going about their business. Kept running into that in the Nightfall. Then the cherry on top was getting a legacy 1350 sniper as the reward.
