It’s a good one, for sure, but it can’t compare with the likes of Steven Universe, Avatar/Korra, Hilda, or My Life As A Teenage Robot.

I’ve never really was into CN. But I admit that their shows are funny.

Only Steven Universe is Cartoon Network. Avatar, Korra, and MLAATR are all Nicktoons, while Hilda is only on Netflix. I have no preference for channel. They’ve all got their ups & downs. Though I don’t much watch TV anymore in general.

You’re right, it can’t compare, because I believe Phineas and Ferb is better then all of those.

I enjoy Phineas and Ferb, but to claim it’s the best cartoon ever is a little silly. It’s above average, but not best of the best. For one, it has very little in the ways of an overarching plot. This isn’t bad in it of itself, have shows that just go episode are fun, but they just can’t stand up to the storytelling merit of shows that do have a plot going, like Steven Universe or Avatar. Even as far as episode to episode shows go, though, Phineas and Ferb reuses a lot of jokes. Whether it’s the same joke repeating several times within an episode, or running jokes that repeat every episode, there’s a lot. That repetition can be funny, and often is, but compared to shows like MLAATR, which is consistently hilarious with new jokes every episode, I’ll take the stream of new jokes every time. The songs in P&F are pretty great within the context ot the episode, but aren’t very good on their own. Other shows, like Steven Universe, handle their music numbers much better—I have several songs from SU on my regular playlist, which can’t be said for P&F songs, even though they did make me laugh. There’s a lot going for the show, but it simply cannot hold the crown when other shows have more tangible storylines, better jokes, and better music numbers. Oh, and I forgot Hilda. Hilda’s better than it, too.
