Having Issues With Companion App
Hi, I’m having an issue with the Destiny Companion App. I followed all steps for troubleshooting and still has been unresolved. When I open the app, it’s says that there is no characters on this platform. I’ve signed out and signed back in and still the same. I can’t collect bounties, I have no access to any of my characters, no access to my vault and I cannot join any LFG posts because it’s says I’m required to have any character to join. As I write this I’m currently logged into my PS5 on D2 and I can see all 3 characters. Please can you resolve this Issue so I can go back to helping people through Hard Contents. Thank you!

6 RepliesGreetings! It seems that other players were able to resolve this by changing all of their Guardians' emblems and/or various gear (so like changing a weapon or 2).
