Destiny 2 randomly shuts down pc / reboot
I have the same issue, where the monitor will go black, my pc will reboot with no previous advice just suddendly and the only error to be found says error kernel 41 wich is suposed to be caused for not enough power but it cant be, my pc spec are as following:
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics Card RTX 3070 Ti 8GB VRAM
Power suply 850W 80+ gold
So I now it cant be the power since i have more than enough and it can only be destiny's fault given its the only game with which i have this issue, having test different other games and nothing happens, tried lowering the graphics and limiting the fps and it didn't work.
Hope bungie adresses this issue soon. It is truly frustating to be peacefully enjoying the game and it suddenly shut down and restart.

2 RepliesIt remains to be seen if the the PSU is working correctly or if the power adapters are all plugged in correctly. For a today's computer, with Win10/11, it is nearly impossible that a program/game makes it reboot all alone; there must be HW or SW (like corrupted drivers/system files) reasons that cause the reboots. A program/game would just crash otherwise...
