Every time we try to suggest ideas to improve COMP for example? Is always “ go play another game” but you don’t hear the PVP community saying go play another game when a weapon gets nerf, raids etc.
I think as a community bungie needs to understand that someplace love PvP or PVE or both and the game is at its best when both communities can provide unique content.
Luna’s howl, NF, recluse were great examples and we need activities like this.
Luna’s howl is good example, it wasn’t super hard to get and for the hardcore fans we had NF.

8 RepliesYou make a fair point. After a proper think, I'm pretty sure I've been less than willing to acknowledge some of the criticism from the pvp players myself. And considering the intent of this being an all-inclusive community, I realize that it's wrong and unfair to be so dismissive. But speaking personally, I think it may be because some of the more, shall we say "passionate", pvp players can be rather vitriolic with their feedback. In particular, the whole "PvP sucks! This game is trash, and Bungie should just burn the whole thing down!" mentality immediately puts me on the defensive because that's not the only part of the game. Maybe they're just being hyperbolic, but trashing something that many people enjoy just because a few individuals are dissatisfied with the crucible comes off as a petulant child throwing a tantrum because they can't have their way. However, that said, I for one will try to be more tolerant and less reactive to some of the posts I come across. In hindsight, I suppose that means I was being rather childish myself. Apologies.

People on here constantly blame another group when the game isn’t the way they like it. I guess it’s easier than accepting the game is no longer for them.
