my game is crashing on startup how do i fix this?
i tried to fix this problem on my own from re installing to updateing to flat out re installing drivers and nothing has worked after i updated destiny 2 is there any way to fix this?
ive noticed LOADS of pepole having simmaler problems with cpu usage and exessive lag and even crashes
idk whats going on and my computer is well above the requirements for running the game so i dont know what happeend all i know is that the tolesto "patch" must have caused it since i had no problems with the game until now

Are you running Windows 11 by chance? If so, MS has finally admitted they sent out an update that HOSES gaming!! Hopefully you can roll it back? Other thoughts are: 1. Turn off the "In-Game Overlay" within GeForce Experience 2. Try using the "Optimize Game" option in the above app for Destiny 3. Try running the game's .exe as "Admin" even tho you may be an Admin of your machine (Had to do that for one of the D2 updates for a bit) 4. Instead of "Reinstalling" the drivers, do a "Clean Install" using Driver Cleaner found at DriverCleaner.net, then install the latest driver or as I do, install the PREVIOUS driver that had no issues Good luck!
