Icefall Mantles Nerf Was Unjustified
There was no reason to shadow nerf a B-Tier exotic without telling the community anything. The only use it had was on Stasis (which is already lack-luster) and with Sweet Business (another neglected exotic by you).
Icefalls is now pretty much useless in the crucible and less than mediocre in PVE. Rebuff them to their rightful place in B-Tier. They had no reason to be nerfed.
