I figured out what I was doing wrong. Thanks though. BTW, any suggestion on how to hook up with someone for a raid or even a dungeon? Last raid was in Destiny.

Hi, it's the Plundered weapon focus.

Reread the triumph. Focus each of the seasonal weapon engrams at the star chart in the helm. It has nothing to do with shaping.
