Unfortunately not. The only way Bungie could do this would be to roll back everybody which, understandably, happens very rarely when there is a bug with significant impact. The only thing that you can do is secure your account to stop it happening again. If your child plays on your platform account, consider setting up their own. Edit: I see you are on PS. My advice is to password protection your account and set up their own if you’ve not already. They can play all of your games (minus in-game purchases such as seasons in Destiny) with the console set as your primary / main.
