If you mistakenly selected the wrong account as your active save file, the only way to correct that is to disable cross save, then after the 90 day cool down, reactivate, taking care to select the proper account as your primary save file.

Thx for reply me so shortly I understand there is a 90 day cool down after disable cross save I think that's a very small price to pay, comparing to "losing my main charater FOREVER" The real problem is I need to disable cross save now first right? but I cant. both account (xbox & steam) are authenticated, but there is simply no "Disable Cross Save" button on next page "website page & APP".

Anything? Any update? All I need is my steam charater, thats my main platfrom. My graphics card has some issue need repiar so I wanna switch to Xbox. (but mistakenly binding the wrong charater) Now my graphics card is on its way back then I dont need CROSS SAVE anymore. So all I need is disable CROSS SAVE right? Can you guys do something about it? Like disable it for me internally?(since I cant disable it from any page or app) I know its a huge ask but please! My friend(that CHERNO ALPHA in my friends list) got COVID last year, luckly he recover from it. But he still cant leave the house.(coz he suffering from the Long-COVID and had some level of depression) All He have left is this game. Im worried about him. And Destiny is my only way to connect with him.(we lived in different city) If you guys can help me that would be great!! Million thanks!!!!!!!!

Due to an issue, Cross Save cannot be disabled at this time. Bungie is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. Unfortunately, I do not have any additional information at this time.
