PS5 Error CE-107981-6 and CE-117740-0

After today's reset I can't update or re-download Destiny 2 on my PS5. After talking to Sony's support they said this is an issue with the publisher; I wouldn't recommend wasting time trying to get help from Sony on this Edit: CE-107981-6 is from trying to re-download the game CE-117740-0 is from trying to download the update I have already rebuilt my database and cleared my cache Bungie says this is a Sony issue and Sony says it's a Bungie issue Edit 2: Seems like the PS4 version of D2 works on PS5

      • Similar BS happened at the start of this season for PS4. About a month went by and then low and behold Bungie fixed it in a patch...

      • Well. The last time this happened it was the PS4. Many familiar faces said similar things. "It's a Sony thing. You're wrong to think it's not, obviously Sony would say that. Ect..." They were and are wrong. It was a bungie issue. It took 4 and a half weeks before it was fixed. The reason players had "too many platform entitlements." (Still angry about that wording) Please. Do not initialize your system for any reason. It will do nothing. And despite The Familiar Faces dishing out the absolutely incorrect information at every chance they get. I can offer you no information or help. I can only say, as one who has been through this recently. I hope Bungie fixes it soon. I know how much it sucks. I honestly hope that it's just as easy as downloading a file you are missing. Cheers

          • This is an absolute Sony issue and code. I had the same error code on borderlands 3 that Sony finally fessed up and had to fix
