How is a hunter slower than other characters even at 100 mob

It only affects your initial jump (the jump before activating your Jump ability) height and distance, your straife speed (walking, moving sideways, or backpedaling), and the cooldown on the Hunter's Dodge ability.

In case you meant somenthing else -like Titan being more mobile of Hunters due to Shoulder Charge or Warlocks due the Air Dash- , that's another pair of hands I suppose.

Mob only affects jump distance and strafe speed. For hunters however it also affects your class ability
