Exo Stranger is indicating... something
Exo Stranger has something for me but when visiting I can't figure out what.
Is it the quest that I can't reacquire and where I have completed the first step?

4 Repliesif you abandoned a quest from her that she now no longer has it should be at the lost quest kiosk in the tower. that should resolve her flashing.
