Remove it from the game
Useless perk. Seeing as how they nerfed it’s use for certain gear Common sense is not behind this one
-
1 ReplyPlant your feet meta. It's how bungie wants everyone to play a futuristic shooter, like your in the civil war.
-
Agreed. It’s an utterly useless change
-
Agreed. I've always wondered why Bungie wants to allow players to build into aerial gunplay when that's basically suicide in higher tiers of play.
-
Useless and unnecessary change even if it was for warlocks since flying in the air most of the time is suicidal in both pvp and PvE no matter what 😑
-
1 ReplyWhat if they added a mod for your leg armor that gave you +30 AE with a specific weapon type for 3-5 energy?
-
3 RepliesIt's content and really only applies to warlocks and titans with lion rampants.
-
Edited by Smough: 11/1/2022 10:05:40 PMYeah. I’m not really as upset about it as some people are, but it’s clearly one of those changes that nobody asked for and nobody is really happy about. So I see no reason why it should remain in the game.
-
Bungie went into a private match & tried to replicate people hitting shots in the air, and accurately shooting someone when sliding out of a doorway & was like naw dog. If we can’t do it nobody can.
-
1 ReplyNo it doesn’t I keeps the playing feel equal, for ppl who don’t have scuff Controller or days to play.. good players should be punish for being better simple
-
And they tried to sell us on the whole "you will be able to get better results than icarus grip gave you before" thing. Yea if you entirely spec your character into it while running a niche, terrible exotic AND a corresponding terrible weapon with high in air accuracy itself that you dictated. SO dumb. This company is SO out of touch and it really feels like every single change is targeted AGAINST us players. WHY tf did they have to come up with this insanely stupid, way too complicated and limiting system, just for noone to be able to take advantage of it without playing unfun and trash stuff. And all that after players were asking for BETTER in air accuracy for exotic weapons. That was all we wanted. That's what we get for asking for any change i guess. Terrible developer.
-
9 RepliesI kind of like how you have to consider the new stat when buildcrafting. It makes certain weapons and Exotics much more desirable
-
I first felt like, it was the only way to nerf stomp33z boots cos of how bad they hit them.
-
1 ReplyThe whole thing should just be reverted. Same goes for the sword overhaul, bungie can keep the light attack loop and call it a day. The sword change killed the exotic swords in particular.
-
2 RepliesIt might be a harsh nerf, but you should not be as accurate in the air as you are on the ground, even in a futuristic space magic shooter. they should just tune it back a little.
-
It ruined Crucible for me.
-
Yeah it sucks 🤣
-
Developers keep going in circles
-
2 RepliesYea it was a stupid addition. Revert the changes. Make primary weapon flinch more or disorient special weapon users. The game is slow enough with players teamshooting and camping lanes.
-
2 RepliesYes, replace with master-worked orb generation. Bungie said there was not enough memory for orbs, but then somehow managed to add airborne effectiveness - which no one was asking for.
-
60 should be noticeable but its not
-
Yes. It was a bad move in the first place
-
All of Bungies ideas for improving the Crucible experience look good on paper but they always manage to alienate the playerbase.
-
4 RepliesI never noticed any changes. Except it became easier to hit stuff while jumping if you build into it.
-
But then Bungie would have to have a decent valid excuse for the nerfs they put in place. The AE stat was merely to appease players over the blatant nerf
-
Agreed. It sucks that you're in position to win, but lose, because of it.
