All spectral pages manifested
Every haunted sector starts with all spectral pages manifested. Can’t progress my book at all because it won’t let me manifest my pages.

Hello. Players still having issues converting their Spectral Pages into Manifested Pages should ensure that they: - Obtain the Gone but Not Forgotten quest from Eva Levante in the Tower. - Are wearing the Masquerader’s Helm with a Festival Mask. - Have at least three free spaces in their character’s inventory. - Have Spectral Pages in their inventory prior to entering the Haunted Sectors playlist. If Spectral Pages aren’t converting into Manifested Pages after confirming the above, players may need to: - Clear their console or PC game cache. - Complete a strike. - Obtain more Spectral Pages. Complete a Haunted Lost Sector (Note that not all Spectral Pages will convert into Manifested Pages).

I am having the same issue. Completed a strike, cleared it right up. Worth a shot

Its not just that. The games randomly ignores acheivements (headless guys killed, completions on particular planets etc)

I am having the exact same problem. I gave up last night because of the time wasted. When into today and after grinding to get 9 spectral pages, did get 4 manifested pages but after grinding again for spectral pages, got the message saying all pages were manifested and still just had the 4 pages. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I have tweeted Bungie Help now 5 times and no response. I may just give up. The manifest pages are the last 2 triumphs I need for the title.
