Hi there,
We recommend that players who are still having issues manifesting pages clear their download/ console cache, complete a strike, and then verify you have Spectral Pages available in your inventory as well as extra space prior to running another Haunted Lost Sector. You can find the steps to clear your cache based on your platform below.

I have also tried deleting the existing spectral pages in my inventory and obtaining more through a strike, but the issue is still there. I can’t progress at all.

Thanks for letting us know. Make sure that you have a festival mask equipped, and if you still can't make progress try also completing the quest on an alternate character and then swapping back to your preferred character.

Hello, I’ve done as instructed and cleared the PS5 cache. Then completed a strike, then confirmed I got spectral pages and launched the sector. Once again it says “all spectral pages manifested” and gained no progress when I killed a headless one. Issue persists.
