Heartshadow drop rate
I have 70 duality clears and heartshadow still hasnt dropped. I do it once a week on each of my three characters.
Does it even drop anymore? I thought there was a percentage build up every time you DO NOT get it that makes it more likely next time.

The only things to increase drop rate we know about is the triumphs to increase drop rate, outside that you gotta get lucky. Checked your DR first week lootable clears - you have 33 normal, 17 master - so you're at the 50 mark for it.
