Remove paid trials carrying.
Paid trials carry is killing the player base. If you pay for flawless trials you are running the game. If you offer paid carry’s, you are the problem
Also, trials needs a major rework. Not completely sure how to fix it but it has identity crises and is not worth playing. The rewards are not worth the grind. They should just remove the lighthouse (that’s a joke) lol.
Also, if you T-bag, it should be an insta-ban

50 RepliesPaid carries are against CoC. If you see someone offering paid carries on the site before we do, please report them. If you see someone soliciting on your platform, please report them through that platform if it's against their ToS.

I know it’s against the Rules, but how does someone making money outside of the game hurt you? Unless they’re are actually using hacks I don’t see why people whine about it

How can you tell if someone doing a paid carry or a free carry, like playing with a friend? Recovs are a problem, but at least Bungie did something with this and actually bans them time to time. I'd rather play against a carry every single time than against good full stacks

2 RepliesHumans are weak minded and willed. Many are willing to do ANYTHING to get what they want, even spend real world money for cheats, recoveries and paid carrys. Trials is a rather predatory playlist. It’s difficulty alone causes people to either cheat or pay others to get what they want. A sad reality of todays society. Me? I’d kill myself before I give into temptation. I refuse to become weak and desperate enough to sell my soul for loot I truly didn’t deserve. I’ve never played trials. I probably never will, for many reasons like this one.

How do you prove someone has a paid carry? How do you know it's not friends or family helping someone out? You'd need to prove things, have a record of receipts and intent.

It shouldn't be the case that if I want to try get the pinnacle for trials, I get absolutely smoked 5-0 game after game just to hopefully get one round win per 10 games If Bungie doesn't alter that, then the community needs to start implementing an honour rule of spotting the opposing team 1 round when you're 4-0 up, so that nobody has their time completely & utterly wasted.

I dont think paid carries are allowed, I think it goes against their terms. Thats why streamers do raffles and stuff so its a free service type thing. I have done a few carries when I could but they were just for clan mates so there was no payment I was just trying to help people out.

57 RepliesAdept weapons should drop for everyone at 7 wins regardless of lighthouse! Lighthouse should only have memento, ship, shaders and sparrow exclusive to it! I understand elitist disagree with this but they didn’t pay any extra money for the game to get exclusive loot just because some kids cant go flawless or dont have time for the grind, Its the way it should be, like it or not! It would get rid of the paid carry crap completely of coarse unless someone really wants whatever lighthouse exclusive things is out there! I can punch hole in any and ALL arguments here so have at kids, have at it! Having freelance made permanent would help as well, but again elitist would disagree!

It's literally so hard to go flawless for me.... Like if I knew I could go flawless after flawless I would constantly play trials an constantly try to help others but this is not case by match three I'm.... Just almost over it when freelance came out I got my flawless but still wasn't easy frfr it was a challenge

Unless it's publicly advertised, unless there is some secret underground, dark web site that offers trips to the lighthouse at a price, or people dumb enough to post in the LFG channel, then it's almost impossible to tell. There are streamers that do free carries for their twitch views. There are people in LFG that do it just for the sake of helping others, or because they are so sweaty, they just want to play all weekend. Besides, getting caught paying for someone to do anything in this game is already a violation of Bungie's ToS so it's a bannable offense. Not like they're purposely allowing it to piss us all off.
