It’s simply stating that not every big accomplishments needs recognition or a pat on the back, a “good job.” Maybe that’s just how a lot of people view the world; because it really does spark some more confidence or pride in one’s heart when given some kind of validation as you mentioned. But nonetheless, not everything needs an applause to just allow one to feel like they did something good in life, big or small.

I solo flawless every dungeon and soloed 9 GMs. Never came here to tell anyone. Never announced it. I get that it feels good when you get it done, but telling people doesn’t make it feel better.

I once brought a Mariachi band to play at a friend's party. No one knew what the music was about, tho fun, but they did charge $850 an hour. 🤣 The case of beer would've been cheaper. We had a blast too.
