Xur definitely needs a rework. In the same way he sells weapons/armor from previous seasons, he should also be selling emblems/shaders/vaulted raid armors/event ornaments from previous seasons. There’s far too much loot that is completely inaccessible to newer lights or players who just didn’t have great rng for absolutely no reason. Xur (and possibly the other vendors) is the perfect vehicle to give those players an opportunity to get this loot.
