Hi there. The app can't dismantle or delete items on its own. Items can only be dismantled manually in the game. If an item failed to transfer to the intended destination, it would either remain where it was or end up in your Vault. Otherwise you may have accidentally transferred to a different character than you intended. Be sure to check for the item in the game, not the app. The app could be delayed in showing the correct information.
