Random Skolas thought at 2am
This kind of popped in my head randomly but what exactly did Skolas do to taint our light in his POE boss fight? Is there lore behind this or was it purely for gameplay. Its been years since POE and I can't find anything on it online so I'm wondering if anyone knows how he had this ability

Likely has to do with whatever Hive shenanigans he witnessed in the Vex Network that drove him mad, ranting and raving about Oryx like some doomsayer.

1 ReplyWhat I wonder about Skolas, is how he became Kell of House of Wolves/Weavers, when Mithrax is literally Royalty being the Son of the Previous Kell. I guess him being a Pirate Lord got in the way I suppose.

4 RepliesCabal developed light suppressing tech, Hive "consume" the light of captured Guardians and ghost, not too sure how the Vex essentially destroy a guardian in finality. Fallen / Scorn I felt shouldn't have had the ability to have killed Caydes ghost, unless Uldren had somehow given them the technology or power. Would have made more sense I think for stasis to have been the catalyst for that.
