Make Darci, Whisper and Queensbreaker specials again

Queensbreaker all I ask is that they let you alternate between scopes using alternate fire button. I would rather it jolt enemies but meh. Really they made the wrong choicel. The ease of use of the line rifles made them think they should be the heavy weapons. No. they should have been one head shot one body shot weapons, basically special ammo scout rifles. Snipers should have remained heavy weapons, and no matter how many sniper fanatics threw a fit, they should have been treated as antimaterial rifles. Massive damage on one target. You get one round from picking up heavy, but that one round kills anything it hits, and in PVE it is for doing focused damage on single targets, but they are slightly harder to use at near by targets. They call them "sniper rifles" when that's.... kinda not a thing but sort of is? A "sniper rifle" is going to use .50 for extreme range or penetration, it's going to wreck anything you hit with it but it weighs a ton and so does it's ammo. A marksman rifle is middle range, generally something like 308. Scout rifles meanwhile are more semi automatic carbines, designed to be light weight and mobile. If Bungie wants to treat "sniper rifles" as marksman rifles, they should be treating them like marksman rifles, and /calling them that/.

I would really like them to make the game a 'looter shooter' instead of a 'use the weapons we want to do the season content', but sadly, it will never happen.

I'm hoping one day we get Season of the Redjack or something that comes with a massive amount on Crucible overhaul so we can move exotics like them around and not have to worry about them being overpowered. One day.

This would make whisper meta again and get it severely nerfed. As it it's actually still one of the best dps heavies, however you only see the benefits after 9 rounds, and not many bosses have dps phases that long. Oryx is one of the few with a long enough dps phase, and actually beats God roll linear fusions. Darci I could see as a special, or they need to add something to it to make it stand out. My suggestion is make it anti barrier, and the bullets can now ricochet targeting nearby enemies (within 30 meters). Think halo 2 snipers which could ricochet dozens of times and hit multiple enemies. Queen breaker just needs hip fire grip and quick draw replaced with better pve perks like reservoir burst, chain reaction, volt shot, frenzy, vorpal, substance, warming up.

4 RepliesWhisper is good against Oryx. I watched a video that someone got 1.5m with Whisper in one damage phase. So I think it’s good. Maybe just a slight damage boost though would be nice

2 RepliesAgreed. Arbalest and Lorentz both need to find their way into the power slot. They need to be replaced by Whisper and Darci. Queensbreaker should be in the special slot by default. Would be nice to blind body shot teamshooting players.
