If you did not re-link after setting up Cross Save, the Prime bundle may have been sent to your Steam account/characters, which is now dormant and inaccessible. Prime Gaming bundles can only be redeemed once per Twitch/Amazon Prime account.

I see...I wasnt aware you had to relink it after doing cross-save so that seems to be the case then....welp thank you so much for the explanation
