STARFIRE PROTOCOL NEEDS ORNAMENTS
1 of my favorite chest pieces.. yet one of my least favorite to wear cosmetically

It’s one of my favorites too, but it is one of the, if not the, ugliest pieces of armor in the game.

It needs an a helmet for it, the only good helmet that matches nicely is the one from the old spring event. I made a fire monk with it red and gold

7 RepliesThey’re going to make an ornament for it, and it’s going to clash with everything. I’m talking weird protrusions that have a weird texture, and aren’t impacted by shaders, forcing you to make your entire character a weird orangish brown color in order for it to blend in. It’s also not going to be available for bright dust ever, and they’re going to charge 750 silver for it. Bungie will say it’s because of inflation, but deep down we will all know it’s just a FU to the warlocks. Finally the ornament will drop two weeks before fusion grenades get a bug which causes them to heal enemies. It will take 17 months to be fixed, and when it finally gets fixed fusion grenades will be nerfed substantially.

What? You don't like the 'I found these curtains in the bin' look. Necro grips have lots of ornaments (most of them rubbish as I like the green glow). I'd be happy for a even just one new one.

I mean, it does take textured and patterned shaders quite well with it being like a big one coloured bathrobe, but yeah, it really is about time there was an ornament for it.
