Power level won’t increase
My wife started playing destiny. She got the free version and the witch expansion. Plus the season pass. Her power level won’t go above 1540. Drops stay the same. What expansion does she need to buy to increase her power level.

In order to level up, you just do activities that reward powerful/pinnacle gear.
