So here we go, last night around 9:50pm PST I was playing trials with 2 members of my Clan (Dads Of Destiny Westside) and we were having a great time. Got to 6 wins and had 1 my one mercy already used we fly into our flawless match ready to enter the gates of Mercury and receive those sweet sweet rewards. However we needed to win this last match, we go up 3 rounds to 0 and all of a sudden I get go ole Mr. Weasel for my error code and disconnected. Sucks but I was like alright I know that if I reconnect I should be able to rejoin the match. So I reconnect and get back into the match we are still up 3-2 and my teammates are scrambling but maintain their composure and we get back into the next round up by 1. Right after the match starts BOOM Mr. Weasel comes back. A little background on my setup I am hardwired into my router and have never ever had more than a single disconnect in a weeks time, playing on my xbox series S i have never had any NETWORK problems typically I have an XBOX problem because of typically to much carnage going on in PVE and the game it self shuts down. Now back to my main story, not only does Mr. Weasel come back but continues to come back in succession 15x as soon as I reconnect boom he is back seems a bit fishy. The reason I am here today in the Help Forum is not for the disconnects but for the fact that during this 15x of reconnecting and disconnecting 2 of my characters magically POOF and no longer exist. 333 hours on 1 character and 97 hours on another are just GONE! Not once did I even think or screw with deleting my characters for any reason but now they are just KABLUEY non existent. Now I am not sure what the heck happened but I can tell you one thing I am extremely angry at the fact that this happened and spent hours last night trying to figure out if there was a fix or if someone had had the same issue and everything that I have FOUND online states that in no way shape or form will characters be brought back from the dead after they have been deleted. I am hoping that since I DID NOT DELETE MY CHARACTERS and since this happened all while I KEPT GETTING ERROR CODE WEASEL that this may be remedied. I will attached screen shots for lost accounts but PLEASE PLEASE BUNGIE help out a fellow guardian in this unfortunate freak incident.
