Howdy All!
I imagine this is a topic that has already come up in many forms, however, I am having a lot of trouble locating any kind of answers that might be useful to my specific situation. I preordered Destiny 2 way back when and purchased the first Expansion Pass, after launch, for the Curse of Osiris and Warmind expansions. I fully understand that these DLCs are now vaulted, along with the reasoning behind it, but, my issue is that I was put into a situation where I was incapable of playing Destiny 2 until now, and, thus, never enjoyed that content. I would much rather talk directly to a member of Bungie's support staff, yet, I cannot find a way to contact them. I'd rather not go into the details as to why, but let us just say that I feel -blam!- by what life has dealt me, and if not for it I would have played the content I missed. If anyone has ever encountered anything that is similar to this situation, further insight would be much appreciated. As well as, if its possible, pointing me in the direction of Support being useful. Thank you ahead of time.

1 ReplyAllo there, Unfortunately nothing can be done. As you said the content was vaulted so nothing can be granted you. If you wish for a refund then you'd need to speak to the retailer you bought the content from.
