Control quitter penalty?

Instead of addressing WHY players were quitting, they choose to punish them.

Does Bungo want dance parties? Because this is how you get dance parties. Hey, PvP cryhards, what's worse: A player quitting and maybe getting backfilled? Or that same player having a dance party instead? Or, repeatedly suiciding? Or sabotaging the objective?
