If I want infinite ability recharge, I'll use crown of tempest. Looks like they missed the mark twice.

JK, all jokes aside, it was a shame to see the exotic be nerfed right after a bug was exploited that caused it to be disabled. Just for it to be reenabled into a shell of its former self. They could have nerfed it PvP wise, but In PvE, it should have stayed the way it was pre-nerf. Because now that’s one exotic I will not try to farm for come legend/master lost sectors.
