HELP!! Lost Season Pass Access and Dungeons Keys

I had an issue with cross save recently so I disabled it and decided to start fresh. I had purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe/30th Anniversary combo add on content from the PS Store. When I went to play it seems I lost access to the season pass and I can’t pick up the dungeon keys from Hawthorne. This leads me to believe I won’t have access to next seasons pass or next seasons new dungeon either. This is all content that was included with the specific combo I purchased. I need help getting this solved or I’m going to have to pay $40 more plus tax that I shouldn’t have to since it was already included in the $100 add on content I purchased already. I repurchased the season pass thinking it’s no big deal it’s only $10 but then I realized have all this other stuff missing. I contacted PlayStation Support and they refunded me the sliver I bought to buy the season pass again but now I also have a negative silver balance. This is just so frustrating to not have access to content I paid for already.
